Book cover design process

Step 1
Share Your Vision

The first step in bringing your book cover to life is to fill out the book details form located at the bottom of this page. This form allows us to understand your book's essence and design needs. Once submitted, we will review the details and get back to you within 24 hours. During this time, we’ll discuss your project further to ensure we fully grasp your vision and goals.

Step 2
Secure Your Spot

After we’ve finalized the details of your project, we will request a 50% deposit to secure your place in our schedule. This payment ensures that we can dedicate the necessary resources to your design. The remaining 50% will be due upon project completion.

Step 3
Explore Creative Options

Once we’ve received your deposit and agreed on the design direction, our designer will begin working on initial drafts for your book cover. These drafts will reflect the details you’ve shared and will vary based on the plan you selected. We will send the drafts to you for review, giving you the opportunity to provide feedback and select the version that best captures your vision.

Step 4
Perfecting Your Cover

With your chosen draft as the foundation, we’ll enter the revision stage. This phase is where we refine the design according to your feedback, ensuring every detail aligns with your expectations. The number of revisions depends on the plan you’ve chosen, and we will work closely with you until you are completely satisfied with the final product.

Step 5
Final Delivery

Once you are happy with the design, we will prepare the final files for your approval. You’ll have the opportunity to request any last-minute adjustments before the design is finalized. After your approval, we’ll send you the final invoice for the remaining payment. Once the payment is received, we will deliver all the files you need, including high-resolution, print-ready PDFs, ensuring your cover is ready to shine.

What rights will I have over the design?

You’ll receive a Standard License for any royalty-free images sourced from free stock image platforms, allowing unlimited e-book sales and up to 500,000 physical copies. If your project exceeds this limit, an Extended License will be required to permit unlimited physical sales. These licenses apply only if free stock images are incorporated into the design. Full licensing details will be shared during the process. Once the project is fully paid, all rights to the final design, excluding third-party stock image licenses, will belong to you.
Can you design my cover if I don’t have all the book details yet?

Yes! You can finalize details like the page count or book size later, even after the project is complete, at no additional cost.
What happens if I don’t like the design?

We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you’re not happy, we’ll revise the design to meet your expectations. If you decide not to continue, we provide a 50% refund during the initial drafting phase and a 25% refund during the revision phase. Once the final design has been approved or delivered, no refunds will be issued. Our goal is to ensure you are fully satisfied with the final result.
Can you deliver my design in 24 hours?

We typically deliver within 2-5 business days, depending on the plan contracted. Expedited delivery within 24 hours is available for an additional fee. Contact us to confirm availability and pricing for rush orders.
What image sources do you use?

What is your refund policy?
