The cover of your book is the first point of connection with your reader. It is the first thing they will see, and it will make a lasting impression. That's why it's so important to get it right. Anointing Productions understands the importance of a great book cover. That's why we work closely with writers and authors to develop a genre-specific book wrap concept that includes color scheme, font(s), and imagery (all copyright infringement cleared), all to publishing specifications.
We know that every book is different, and we tailor our approach to each project. We start by getting to know the book and the author, and then we brainstorm ideas for a cover that will capture the essence of the story. We take into account the genre, the target audience, and the author's vision.
The first step to getting your book cover design is to fill out our book details form located at the bottom of the page. This form will help us understand your book and what you need from us. Once you have filled out the form, we will review it and get back to you within 24 hours. We will then discuss your book in more detail.
Once we have agreed on the book details, we will ask you to send us a 50% payment. The remaining 50% of the payment will be due upon completion of the project.
Once we have received your 50% payment and agreed on the book cover details, our designer will start creating drafts depending on the chosen plan for your book cover design. These drafts will be based on your book details and your feedback. We will send it to you for review and feedback. You will have the opportunity to select a draft that you like and in the next step, make the changes that are allowed.
Once you have a chosen draft, our designer will move on to the revision process. This is where we will work with you to make changes to the design until you are completely satisfied, depending on the plan you acquired. We will send you the revised design for review and feedback. We want you to be 100% satisfied with the final product.
Once we are both happy with the design, we will send you the final files for your approval. You will have the opportunity to make any final changes before we send you the final invoice. When you have approved the final files, we will ask you to send us the remaining 50% of the payment. After receiving the payment, we will send you the final files in all the formats you need, including print-ready PDFs.
Our preferred payment method is PayPal. PayPal is a secure and convenient way to pay online. It's also widely accepted, so most people will already have an account.
When ordering from Anointing Productions, the Client purchases a STANDARD LICENSE that allows them to:
• Sell an unlimited number of e-books and promote the book.
• Use their print cover to sell up to 500,000 physical copies of books.
After payment has been made, the Client has all the rights to use their book cover under the Depositphotos Standard License terms of use.
If the Client exceeds sales of 500,000 books, they may need to purchase an EXTENDED LICENSE for each photo playing a major role on the cover.
Here are the key differences between the Standard License and the Extended License:
• Standard License: Allows for the sale of an unlimited number of e-books and the promotion of the book, as well as the use of the print cover to sell up to 500,000 physical copies of books.
• Extended License: Allows for the sale of an unlimited number of e-books and the promotion of the book, as well as the use of the print cover to sell an unlimited number of physical copies of books.
In other words, the Extended License removes the limitation on the number of physical copies of books that can be sold.
The right license for you will depend on your specific needs. If you expect to sell more than 500,000 physical copies of your book, then you will need to purchase the Extended License. However, if you do not expect to sell that many physical copies, then the Standard License will be sufficient.

Yes, our designs are compatible with print houses and major websites online. We use industry-standard file formats for our designs, so they can be easily imported and used by print houses and major websites. We also make sure that our designs are of high quality, so they will look great on both print and digital platforms.
The color system used for digital versions, such as eBooks, or other digital formats works in RGB (Red, Green, Blue) and allows much brighter and more luminous colors because of the advantage of the screens, while for printed versions or other physical material the system to use is the CMYK (ink printing system) which produces a dull or pastel color and without much brightness. This occurs not in all colors but especially in the green and blue tones, for that reason, your printed version will not have the same brightness as the digital version.
If you're not totally satisfied with the drafts, we offer a 60% refund over the initial payment. We want you to be happy with your design, so we're willing to work with you to make it right. However, we cannot offer a refund after the revision process. This is because the revision process is an opportunity for you to make changes to the design and get it exactly the way you want it.
